2. Lower indoor humidity below 50%
3. Encase mattresses, pillows,etc. w/ allergen impermeable covers.
4. Wash Sheets in hot water weekly
5. Remove pets from homes or bedroom access
6. Seal entry areas and eliminate nesting places for pests.
