We are seeking experienced custodial and Floor Care Technicians for the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area(s).

• 5 years minimum experienced

• Valid Driver License

• Reliable transportation

• General Rehab & Installation experience (hardwood/ ceramic/ porcelain, etc.)

Salary

Fix rate Per assignment (+Bonus) Competitive hourly wage Bonuses eligible quarterly 

Hours

Contracted hours for routine servicing are usually between 6 - 10 am. and/ or 8 - 11 pm. Day assignments are per residential and commercial clientele request during the business hours of 8 am until 6 pm.

Service area(s):

COOK, WILL & LAKE Counties in Illinois.

LAKE COUNTY in Indiana.
